Each year PAST recognizes and honors individuals and businesses for outstanding historic preservation projects. We especially look for projects In Broome and Tioga Counties that restore or adaptively reuse buildings and landscapes in a manner consistent with their architectural history. With this recognition, we attempt to encourage property owners to protect and preserve our historic buildings and neighborhoods.

The announcements and awards ceremony takes place in May, National Historic Preservation Month. Nominations are due March 15 of each year.
